SKODA 24 Hours Cycling Le Mans: A fifth one for the Team S1neo Fastwan
The 15th edition of the Škoda 24 Hours Cycling took place on 24/25 August 2024 on the Bugatti Circuit in Le Mans. Over 3.100 participants (628 teams - 14 nationalities) started in the categories Solo, Duo or teams of 4, 6 and 8 riders.

2020 Shimano 24 Hours Cycling of Le Mans: The event is confirmed

Each year, this cyclosportive gathers more than 2,000 contestants came for a day and night ride. Riders will enjoy the new covering as the Bugatti circuit is currently renovating.
Already 9 years that the 24 Hours Cycling exists on the famous Le Mans circuit. At the beginning, only a handful of people believed in this harebrained idea of CGO Événement. The head manager of Shimano France, André Ghestem, is one of them: “Our parent company already organized a cycling event on the Suzuka circuit in Japan and no equivalent existed in France. What we liked: an atypical race in relay by team, a worldwide known circuit and a great diversity of profiles who rubs shoulders in conviviality.” It is true that riding lap after lap on a 2.6 miles long circuit during 24 hours can surprise, especially when one is used to long road rides.
Philippe Guillaume, Shimano France marketing manager, distributor of the Pearl Izumi brand (www.pearlizumi.com) continues: "Through Pearl Izumi, a leading and innovating brand of cycling equipment, we are renewing our involvement with the 24 Hours Cycling of Le Mans".
Despite the length of the race, the Pearl Izumi 24 Hours Cycling of Le Mans are open to all as the relay management is free. New in 2017, it will be possible to rent a trackside pit lounge above the pit to receive visitors or allow riders to rest and have lunch between two relays.
REGISTRATION on www.24heuresvelo.fr/en with special rate until 28th February. You can ride solo or by teams of 2, 4, 6 or 8 people by relay.
